<p>Rented a car in FL overcharged for gas "option". Went right to the desk when I returned the car to address it. Person went to computer said all fixed removed from my bill. Of course until I get my charge bill with the charges on it. Call and of course no notes in the system and I will have to talk to manager. So far I have left 11 messages on the managers voice mail because no one ever answers the phone. Received one call back on 10-30, they left message but of course you can't call them back because they don't answer.....Tried calling a corporate number, No human exists at any corporate number. and all options send you back through the automated loop. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET! they add erroneous charges and hope we don't notice then when you find out about it you can't get to anyone to fix it because they hide behind the automated systems. But the sales line picks up right away!</p>
